Goodbyes are not easy... Not by a long shot! And yesterday I had to say goodbye to 25 of my sisters. {Not literally... That would be weird} These sisters were a part of the 2011-2012 Pleasant Grove Cheer Team:) Ahh. & I love them so much! It was so hard saying goodbye at the banquet, but I know they have an AMAZING cheer year ahead of them:) They will always have a special place in my heart:) About 95% of all my high school memories were associated with cheer in some way and they will never be forgotten. But aside from all the mushy hugs, & tear stained cheeks, it was a wonderful night.
We had our end-of-the-year banquet at a little place called barbwire & lace. It was catered by Cafe Zupas!! My absolute FAVORITE cafe of all time!:) We laughed, cried, gave out awards, posed for pictures, announced next years leadership, and had a great time:)
The one thing that always gets to me every year is when my coach, Cami, reads to us, Oh, the Places You'll Go! It is such an amazing feeling to know that your coach truly cares about you and your well being:) She is such a fantastic person and I will forever have her as an amazing example:)
